Using the Counseling Service

For counseling and other psychological services, students are encouraged to call 503-768-7160, or stop by the Counseling Service between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Most appointments can be scheduled within the week. Students can also see a staff person in the same day if they need immediate attention. Any student in crisis will be seen immediately. All services are confidential.

In additional to traditional Counseling Service programs and services, students in need may contact the Sexual Assault Response Advocate (SARA) at any time. A qualified Lewis & Clark staff or faculty member wears a pager at all times to better assist students with immediate issues of sexual assault and rape. The pager number is 503-202-3119. This is an anonymous, confidential service.
