The Let Out - A Space for BIPOC Students
The Let Out - A space where you can gather with people like yourself and “let out”. A safe space for BIPOC students to talk about everyday stressors at college and beyond. Sponsored by the Student Counseling Center.
Arts & Crafts for Grounding & Stress Management
This semester the Student Counseling Center is offering 5 drop-in workshops where you will be making various craft projects that can help with intense emotions and stress. RSVP is appreciated but not required. Each session will start with a short discussion on coping using the five senses. Materials provided and participants will take home what they created. Projects include glitter jars, painting stones, collage, and a small sewing project. Contact Marielle at evangelistafillerm@lclark.edu for additional information and to RSVP.
