ONE L&C Committee Discusses Charter at Annual Retreat
Twenty staff and faculty gathered at the law school last week for the ONE L&C Employee Engagement Committee annual retreat. The committee spent several hours in dialogue regarding the ONE L&C Charter, ONE L&C Events, New Employee Orientation ideas, and other topics.

January 2024 ONE L&C Retreat
The ONE L&C charter is still very much a draft, and the committee will continue to work with the Office of Human Resources to refine the document throughout the spring semester.
Once the process is complete, the charter will define the committee’s purpose, mission, goals, composition and membership, roles and responsibilities, time commitments, and annual calendar.
