What’s your favorite class? How has it expanded your knowledge?

Spending an entire semester creating an event in my Environmental Engagement class was certainly a highlight of my academic career. Working with the notable organization Narrative 4, we created a unique story exchange with students that was the largest of its kind at the time.

What made you want to come to Lewis & Clark?

L&C’s generous financial aid package, paired with its great community culture and rigorous classes, led me to study here.

How did your financial aid package influence your decision to attend Lewis & Clark?

I am so grateful that throughout my time here Lewis & Clark has granted me opportunities to apply to new scholarships as my academic career has developed. Receiving a SAAB grant to fund a film, as well as becoming a Mary Stuart Rogers scholar in recognition of my academic rigor has furthered my growth and success at L&C.

If you studied overseas while at Lewis & Clark, how did you choose your program? What did your overseas study add to your L&C experience?

I studied at the International Sustainable Development Institute in Chiang Mai, Thailand, where we studied the ecology, culture, and society of the region. It was an incredibly rich experience that could not have been achieved without L&C’s incredible policy of transferring financial aid packages.
