Whew, it’s been a year!
As the holiday season approaches, Executive Council wants to share with you how thankful Lewis & Clark is to have you as part of our community. Your trust and loyalty to Lewis & Clark is appreciated, and in hopes of a simple message in a very complex time:
Thank you, thank you, thank you for your kindness and resilience.
So, let us put our blue light glasses on one more time and come together to laugh, have some fun, and spread a whole lot of Lewis & Clark cheer.

Special zoom cooking demonstration hosted by Alice Wiewel. Alice will be making Nasi Goreng, Indonesian fried rice.
Ingredients: Day-old cooked rice, fresh garlic, fresh ginger, a shallot, 2 scallions, red bell pepper, one package frozen peas, 2 eggs, protein of choice, a neutral cooking oil, sweet soy sauce, and sambal. The recipe will be shared during the demonstration.
