WORK ACTIVITIES
I have the privilege of helping our employees and their supervisors throughout their Lewis & Clark employment experience. I manage the recruitment process that brings our excellent new employees on board, and the processes that cover compensation and performance evaluation. When our employees leave for a new phase of their life they share their evaluation of their L&C experience with me during the exit interview, and I ensure that final pay or other issues are resolved during the termination process.

INTERESTS
My interests include movies both current and classic and all aspects of cinema, my church-related activities, reading, gardening, interior design, and spending every possible minute with any or all of my three beautiful daughters.
