Lewis & Clark is reviewing the annual performance evaluation process for staff. The purpose of this survey is to solicit honest feedback in order to make the process better for both staff and supervisors.

Please check your inbox for an email with the subject line “Email Performance Evals- are you a fan?” The survey will take approximately ten minutes to complete. If you stop before submitting the survey, you can return to the last page you saved by clicking on the link that was emailed to you.

In order to have enough time to review results and make changes for the 2022 performance evaluation cycle, please submit the survey by Tuesday, May 18, 2021.

Your answers are confidential and will not be matched with any personal identifiers (unless you choose to disclose your name or department in an open-ended comment). Results will be compiled by staff of the Office of Institutional Research and a summary will be shared with the Performance Evaluation Process Review Committee and the Executive Council.

The Performance Evaluation Process Review Committee includes: Associate Dean/Associate Professor Janet Bixby, Vice President of Student Life and Dean of Students Robin Holmes-Sullivan, Associate Vice President and Director of Human Resources Heyke Kirkendall-Baker, Director of Law Faculty Services Rita Martinez, Director of Finance and Operations at the Graduate School Gena Perrine, and Executive Assistant to the CAS Dean Debra Richman.
