Join us on Wednesday, April 10th from 2:00-3:30pm for the LC Support & Administrative Employee Meeting.  The main topic for this session is learning how to avoid job burnout.  In this busy time of year take a few minutes to pause and learn tips for reducing your chances of burnout.  Refresh yourself with knowledge, catching up with colleagues, and a light snack. 

Avoiding Job Burnout

In this seminar participants will learn the potential causes of job burnout and how to reduce their chances for burnout by better managing internal and external boundaries.  In addition, participants will be taught to recognize the warning signs and assess their level of job stress and burnout.
