Lewis & Clark offers three medical insurance plan options so employees can choose the plan that best meets their needs. To compare the benefit plan coverage, please view the Medical Plan Comparison sheet.




The plan benefits, including co-pays, networks, out-of-pocket maximums, and deductibles are different between the plans but all include

  • prescription drug
  • basic vision 
  • alternative care



You and your dependents are eligible for medical benefits if you are a

  • faculty member with at least a .50 full-time equivalent (FTE)
  • staff member who works at least 20 hours per week (.53 FTE)
