On-campus Wellness Resources

Wellness Opportunities

A healthy workplace begins with healthy employees. As a Lewis & Clark employee, you have a number of wellness activities and education opportunities available to you.

Welfare Intervention Network (WIN)

The Welfare Intervention Network, or WIN, is a dedicated team of Lewis & Clark professionals who collaboratively coordinate outreach efforts to help students, faculty, and staff who may be a potential health or safety risk to themselves or others.

Interpersonal Violence Prevention Team

The IVP Team is a multidisciplinary team of campus and community stakeholders focused on collaboratively and proactively ending gender-based violence on all three L&C campuses in order to foster a safer learning environment and to develop civic leaders. If you would like to be involved with the work the IVP Team is doing on L&C campus or have questions about preventing or responding to sexual assault, domestic or dating violence, or stalking, please reach out to Melissa Osmond at mosmond@lclark.edu. For confidential support, you can reach out to one of the on-campus Confidential Advocates.

Ombuds Office

It’s pretty common to have a time when you wish you could talk about a campus-related concern with someone who is neutral, can help you get some perspective, and can help you generate and weigh a range of options. The Ombuds Office is a confidential and informal place where you voluntarily can do just that, whether you’re faculty, student, staff, or parent. When you talk to the Ombuds about a situation, you’re not putting the College on notice, and the ombuds isn’t authorized to conduct investigations. But you will get ideas about the options you might try for your particular situation. Contact ombuds@lclark.edu.

Additional opportunities and activities to do while at home.

Cooking

Our L&C community consists of many people who love being active. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete, curious about meditation, or a first-time parent, we hope you’ll find inspiration and ways to connect with other Lewis & Clark employees.
