Building Controls Upgrade

Focus Areas: Apartments, Platt, Howard, Tennis Dome, Fowler

Anticipated Completion: December 2023

Building automation systems are to be updated in several buildings in order to improve our direct digital control of comfort in these spaces. HVAC and boiler systems in East, West, Roberts, Platt, and Howard residence halls will receive these enhanced controls. Additionally, we will now be able to manage the Tennis Dome with out automation system as well as the Fowler Student Center emergency power generator.
