Student Account Statements

Lewis & Clark student account activity is made accessible through the Student Account Center. The Student Account Center enables you to retrieve an electronic statement (E-Bill), view live account information, make a payment, select your refund preference, and enroll in the monthly payment plan option.

Electronic billing (E-Bill) is the official method for distributing student account statements. Fall semester statements are generated in July and spring semester statements are generated in November. Summer statements begin being generated in April. Statements continue to be generated monthly if the student’s account is carrying a balance after the payment due date.

E-Bill is the primary method of communicating the student’s account balance. Email notification is sent to students’ Lewis & Clark email, as well as any authorized users email, each time a new statement is ready to view.

The pathway for logging into your student account is WebAdvisor: Student Finance Self Service click Student Finance, select Student Account Center and Proceed to Processor. When logged into the Student Account Center, students and their authorized users can additionally access a real time itemization of their account. This enables you to monitor recent transactions, payments, and verify that your monthly payment plan budget is accurately budgeted to meet your costs.

All personal information through the Student Account Center is confidential and specific to each individual user. No one, including multiple Authorized Party designee(s) on the same account, has access to another’s payment and contact information.


How do I establish Authorized Party for a parent/guardian to view and discuss my account statement?
Due to federal student privacy regulations, should a student wish for another party to discuss their account, they are required to enroll them as an Authorized Party. To authorize another party, log into WebAdvisor: Student Finance Self Service, click Student Finance, select Student Account Center and Proceed to Processor. Once redirected to the Student Account Center platform, select Add an Authorized Party and add each party you wish to enroll. The designee(s) will receive an email notification inviting them to create an account to the Student Account Center. Certain forms of financial aid, such as funds made available through the Department of Education’s Office of Federal Student Aid, are scheduled for disbursement to Lewis & Clark at the beginning of each semester. If borrowing under an educational loan program, and all steps have been completed to secure funding, Lewis & Clark will consider those funds to be fully processed. If anticipated financial aid is not disbursed to your account one week prior to the semester start date, it may be an indication that additional action is required. Refer to your Financial Aid Award package through WebAdvisor: Self Service to confirm all steps have been completed to receive funding.
