Student and Departmental Account Services

As part of our effort to remain committed to the health and safety of our community, effective Monday, March 23 Student and Departmental Account Services will work remotely. As we work to help reduce the potential spread of COVID-19, the following temporary changes will be in effect:

  • Checks will be placed in the mail and unavailable for pick-up. Please ensure your address is accurate with the college. We advise you to take this opportunity to enroll in direct deposit via WebAdvisor for reimbursements and via the Student Account Center for student account refunds. Please contact Human Resources at hr@lclark.edu in regards to direct deposit options for Student Work-Study paychecks.

  • Cash reimbursements will be limited. Should you be approved to receive a cash reimbursement, please email our department at accountservices@lclark.edu to schedule an appointment.

  • We encourage you to remit payments online in order to avoid processing delays. Information regarding our online payments options can be located under Settling Your Student Account.
