Instructional Media Services

Instructional Media Services (IMS) is located on the lower level of the south wing of Watzek Library. IMS services include:

• Academic instructional technology equipment support

• Equipment loan

• Multimedia production services and facilities

• Consulting and training in media and presentation technology

• Non-classroom event support (now handled by Facilities)

During the academic year, our equipment checkout window is open Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM.

Classroom equipment delivery and setup service is available, to the extent resources permit, from 8:30am-6:00pm Monday-Friday, and 9:00am-5:00pm Saturday. We are closed on Sunday.

During the summer, our equipment checkout window is open 8:30 AM-1:00 PM Monday through Friday.  Classroom equipment delivery and setup service is by appointment.
