Anticipated installation and completion: April 22 - June 28, 2024 (fingers crossed the rain stays at bay!)
PROJECT INFO:
- Our roofing friends will be working between the hours of 7 a.m. - 3 p.m., Monday - Friday and then 6 a.m. - 2 p.m. when classes end.
- There is some potential for noise when classes are still in session, but we will be working with the contractor to minimize any disruption.
- A crane will be used starting the week of May 6, and on an intermittent basis following the first week. The service drive will be closed when the crane is present.
Improvements can bring some growing pains. Please anticipate limited odor and noise from demolition at certain phases of the project.
