Wage and Salary Review
Policy Statement: The College reviews salaries of current employees at least once a year. Unless specified otherwise in a collective bargaining agreement, adjustments are made at the discretion of the College based upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, quality of performance, position, duties and responsibilities, experience, qualifications, longevity, labor market conditions, and institutional resources.
Exempt employees hired after March 1 typically do not receive a salary adjustment during their first year.
