Video Production Checklist

  1. Complete the Video Production Brief.
  2. Follow these guidelines for campus videography.
  3. Use Lewis & Clark’s Media Release Form, and get model releases for participants (if needed).
  4. Secure permission for music and/or still images (if needed).
  5. Include credits for music and/or still images (if needed).
  6. Request a go web address (if needed).
  7. Download logo art for the final outro.
  8. Add closed captioning to your video.
  9. Complete a quality check.
  10. Contact Stephen Mercier if you want your video posted to the L&C YouTube channel.
