Updating Your Vaccination Information In Workday

  1. First, go to the search bar in Workday and type in “Add My Vaccination”
  2. From there, select COVID-19 Vaccine under the Vaccination Type: Vaccination Information
  3. Select your vaccination status as appropriate from the drop-down menu: Vaccination Information
  4. Select your vaccine manufacturer, your level of vaccination and the date, and click on Confirm: Vaccination Information
  5. VERY IMPORTANT: In order to be considered fully vaccinated, you must attach a photo or scan of your vaccine card. You can do this by dropping it directly onto the grey “Drop files here” box or clicking on the “Select Files” button and picking it from your desktop. For Document Category, pick Vaccination Record.
