Colleague User Interface

  • UI 5.x is the current user interface for access to Colleague.  It is completely web-based.
  • UI 4.x  is the old user interface for access to Colleague. It requires Silverlight to be installed in your browser.  Please consider using UI 5.x instead.

The Colleague Access page has links to both the Colleague LIVE and TEST environments.

Off-Campus Use:

The process for connecting to Colleague UI  is different if you are off-campus.  You must first establish a connection to the college’s “private network” via our the VPN Server. After you have logged in to the VPN service, you will be able to continue into Colleague UI. Contact the Service Desk for instructions on accessing VPN.

  • All systems are up and functioning.

  • As of Saturday, March 21st physical access to the Watzek Library will be suspended until further notice. This includes the Rlab and the editing suits. The IT Service Desk will still be available to assist you while our team works offsite. You may leave us a voicemail message at 503-768-7225 or send us an email at We will have a team ready to assist you remotely should you have a request or if you run into any technological related issues.
